AGE UP stands for All Girl Everything Ultimate Program. We are a BIPOC-led, South Seattle based organization leveraging the power of sports for a more just society. We are a network of players, coaches and alumni in the Soufend creating spaces for young people to build power, strengthen connections, find belonging, and experience joy.

Winter Bx Programming

Fall GX Program & GX HS Club Season
This year we combined our winter gx program with the hs gx club frisbee season!

SOUF & END Place 6th At NW Regionals!
Our favorite southend alumni based club teams qualified for regionals and both placed 6th in their respective divisions! This is the best either team has placed in their respective program histories!
